  • Farrah Abraham – Sophia’s Unibrow Debacle.

Farrah apparently is so upset by Sophia’s unibrow that she started asking around if the hair would fall off…and when she found out that it wouldn’t….she decided to wax it for her.

“I tr(i)ed to wax her, the second a dab hit the Uni, she touch it with the towel she had in her hand, UHHH so now, wax was in the towel, and I yanked it back ASAP, but fuzz was no(w) stuck to the wax stuck to her Uni, OMG moment, So now Sophia was freaking out, so I had to act like it was a cool science project to get the wax off. Sophia feel a sleep, I got my tweezers and Pluck-pluck-pluck……soph was now saying ouch or anything and still was asleep, I got most of it off and then finally she woke up..I went to sleep . The next morning I showed her and told her how well she did and she didn’t even know, She was more intrigued now to be ok with upkeeping her non-unibrow. I could tell she was proud.” She followed that with “I feel like a good mom.“

So basically she gave Sophia’s eyebrow a nickname & then tried to wax it, and Sophia wasn’t having it….so she tried to wipe off the wax. Then Farrah used magical tweezers that don’t cause pain to wax and pluck her daughter’s unibrow in her sleep.

The kid is 4….why are we worrying about her eyebrows? And why are we talking about eyebrow upkeep with a preschooler?

This is absolutely disgusting. This little girl is 4!!! I call BS on Sophia not even noticing that she was plucking her eyebrows. I think every grown woman knows how that feels and it’s not exactly comfortable. Farrah is SO incredibly superficial and shallow, I am not surprised by this at all. I feel like she is going to be one of those psychotic stage moms who tries to force her child into the spotlight (whether Sophia is interested in being an entertainer or not) and puts enormous pressure on her to be perfect. God forbid Sophia gets chubby as she develops, or is a tomboy, or anything not girly and cutesy and ‘perfect’ in Farrah’s eyes-she’ll probably see if she can trade her in for a new one (kind of like her revolving door of pets). I absolutely cannot stand this girl -_-

That is crazy, I got my eyebrows plucked for the first time at 13 and literally my eyes were watering because it hurt, I have also gotten my eyebrows waxed and it hurt too, I can’t imagine doing that to a 4 year old.

    • By AnneMarie - January 5, 2013

I usually stay out of Farrah’s crap because most of it is just too ridiculous to even bother, but I’m going to call BS on the whole “she fell asleep” thing. I started getting my eyebrows done at 11 and it HURT. I’m 21 now and it still stings! It also makes me sneeze for some reason hahaha

    • By xwaferolex - January 5, 2013

I’m pretty sure Sophia is fine. She isn’t going to have serious issues because her mother got rid of her unibrow. People and their over-reacting. People are okay with stabbing their childrens ears with piercings but not getting rid of a unibrow? Makes no sense.

    • By Alexs_mommy - January 6, 2013

xwaferolex- I do not know what “people” you are referring to but since I am the first commenter on here, and I think what Farrah did to Sophia was mean and ridiculous, I will give you my opinion. *I* am NOT okay with piercing a child’s ears, circumcision or any other type of painful, unnecessary cosmetic procedures. God made my babies perfect and I love them just the way they are. Sophia is way too young to even care about a unibrow, I’m sure she didn’t come out and ask Farrah to do this. Farrah is just so superficial, she was probably embarrassed by Sophia’s unibrow and that’s why she did it. I can see her creating major self esteem issues for Sophia down the road… A 4 year old should not be worrying about a unibrow or anything else so completely petty but Farrah is teaching her to dislike her body and that she needs to change it at an alarmingly early age.

    • By JanessA - January 6, 2013

You could put Farrah next to a piece of sh*t n that piece of sh*t would be considered a better person than she is…. If that makes any sense lol. But u get wat I mean

    • By Stacey31711 - January 6, 2013

It will start with her eyebrows & then it will become about her hair or her teeth or her weight or all of the above and more. There is no need to teach a 4 year old to be concerned about their appearance she should be telling her daughter that she is beautiful no matter what. If she was 11 & had asked to have them waxed then that’s a different thing but to do it at 4 & make her eyebrows a big deal is completely ridiculous. Farrah should not project her self esteem issues onto her daughter.

      Sophia is 3.

    • By Kiwi_fruit - January 6, 2013

That is so sad. Childhood is the only time in your life when you don’t have to care about such things, and Farrah has taken that from her at such a young age. And even when the appropriate time comes I.e SOPHIA is concerned about it take her to a trained professional for gods sake.

    • By Lisa135 - January 6, 2013

Just wait. She’ll have her teeth bleached and super glueing eye lashes on. I always knew she would teach that poor child not to love herself as she is. Earing for children are not needed either but at least with that it only hurts for a half a second and they never have to do it again. Eyebrows suck. I am an adult and I hate it. A toddlers skin is more sensitive. What kind of sick person feels like a good mom for being shallow?

    • By Nightmaremoon - January 6, 2013

you know whats funny is I dont see it! I was just looking at the Disney pictures and yea they are a little longer but nothing that need to be WAXED! this girl is insane, we are thinking about getting our two year olds years done, (please dont attack me) but before we do we are going to talk to her doctor first we are not going to do it ourselfs or just take her to claires.

    • By sarahwoo - January 6, 2013

My daughter has extremely blonde hair so it is hard to see that her eyebrows are kinda odd and thick..but I would never wax them at such a young age. However, I have told my husband that if she were to ask me around 12 or 13 to have them waxed I will let her…but I can’t see even thinking seriously about waxing them at the age of 4…just seems crazy to me..

    • By whoa - January 6, 2013

The best part was the very end when she said “I feel like a good mom”….oh yes because this whole situation screams MOM OF THE YEAR!
I’m waiting for the girls who come and talk about Farrah being a good person to come make their “she didn’t do anything wrong” posts.

I guess Farrah thought that she wouldn’t feel it since the last time she was asleep and people picked at her face she didn’t feel it….different scenario Farrah.

    • By Lisa135 - January 6, 2013

Anyone else willing to bet on her talking sophia into fake boobs by the age of 16?/ right avter she tries to get her into show business and exploit her all she can.

    • By Grace1022 - January 6, 2013

Next year she’s going to try and get Sophia invisiline (sp) because of the bad pacifier mouth she has. -_- This girl is such a colossal dumbass. My daughter had hair on her back and her ears when she was born. Thank God it fell off because I was about to bust out my hair trimmers and mow that shit. Dear Lord.

    • By destiny444 - January 6, 2013

@xwaferolex i couldnt have said it better. moms can pierce their babys ears at young ages or baby, circusize thier sons penis get braces for their 8 year olds and it never judged, theres no difference. all 3 are cosmetic and painful as is waxing so why act like shes so bad about waxing but think its ok to do the other 3 things. hypocrites. anything to bash someone

    • By Alexs_mommy - January 6, 2013

^Why do you guys keep saying this and using pierced ears and circumcision as an example? NEWSFLASH: Many, many of us are totally against ANY unnecessary modification to our children’s body, including pierced ears & circumcision. Do not refer to me or any one else as a hypocrite without knowing our beliefs or anything else at all.

    • By Kcheather12 - January 6, 2013

When I was five I had a unibrow and every one in my kindergarten class made fun of me for it. I tried to shave it and ruined my eyebrows. It took them forever to grow back in and everyone made fun of me even more for it. So i asked my big sister to pluck my eyebrows for me and she did it didn’t hurt that bad and it was over with quick. My daughter is 2 and if she asks me to pluck her eyebrows for her I will totally do it. I don’t think plucking Sophia’s eyebrows a horrible mom but I do think she should have waited until Sophia asked to have them fixed. Then again your sending your child to school hoping no kids make fun of her for it. So it’s confusing to me.

    • By Lisa135 - January 6, 2013

Seriously grace? That’s fucking ridiculous. No othodontist worth going to would put braces or invialine on a child her age. Or at 8 years old for that matter. To do it before they’re teenagers is pretty much a waste cause all the baby teeth are just going to fall out.
And why is everyone under the impression that braces hurt? Seriously I had braces, an expander and nighttime head gear and nothing hurt. Maybe im weird. Either way though a kid gets braces later in life. Not as a toodler or baby. A teen/pre teen can easily say yes or no to braces.
On top of that its not just about the amount of pain, it’s the mindset behind it. She feels like a good mom because she is teaching her daughter to be just as superficial as she is. The hair was not hurting anything. Sophia is a very beautiful child now she thinks she has to change herself. This is after seeing mommy go under the knife. I fear for her self esteeem.

    • By Kcheather12 - January 6, 2013

I don’t think plucking Sophia’s eyebrows makes her a horrible mom****

    • By anonymous - January 6, 2013

I don’t find her plucking Sophia’s unibrow that awful. When she’s older and in school, she’s going to want that unibrow gone. Why not start now? It’s hardly about making Sophia superficial, and it doesn’t necessarily mean that it’ll lead to anything extravagant. My mom took me to get my ears pierced when I was four- I loved it and it didn’t inflict any emotional damage onto me. It’s a little much to say Sophia will be superficial and has a horrible mother because her mom plucked her unibrow.

And I got my son circumcised the day after his birth. Not because I care whether he’s circumcised or not, but because he’ll probably care. Adult men who aren’t circumcised go in all the time to get it done and it’s a LOT more painful for them, plus they remember it. As babies, it hurts and they’re fussy for a day or two, and then they’re perfectly fine and it saves them a world of pain if they decide later in life they’re insecure about being uncircumcised. Culturally, it’s just what’s normal and I don’t think my son needs to feel abnormal about it when I can save him from that.

People are overreacting. As usual. Appearances matter, it’s completely idiotic to teach kids that looks don’t matter at all. Even if you teach them that and never help out with the upkeep of their looks, they’ll soon realize on their own when their insecurities about their unibrows or unkempt hair or crooked teeth or uncircumcised penises come through or they start getting made fun of for them.

Lisa135 my cousin had braces at 8 so ya they do put braces on an age that young and yes braces hurt not constantly but after tightenings for a couple days afterwards. im 27 and just got braces and ive had a baby so i know pain and braces are painful at certain times. I need to take pain reliever’s. So keep talking like u know what your talking about when you clearly dont.

    • By Lisa135 - January 7, 2013

Your cousins orthodontist is a moron is he put braces on an 8 year old. The jaw is going to grow so much that there is little to no chance that any work done now won’t need to be fixed later. Maybe spacers or something minor but that kid need to go to a different doctor if they put brackets on.

and most people on this site have had a baby. Don’t act like you’re special. Pregnancy, labor, delivery and the following weeks all suck. It’s just part of it. It’s doesn’t mean “you know pain” it means you’re a woman.

I clearly don’t know what I’m talking about?? Did you not read that I had braces as well?? 2.5 years of work, 1.5 of which I had the brackets themselves but I have no clue what I’m talking about. Right. It’s quite possible yours are more painful because you’re an adult and braces shoudl be taken care of in the pre teen/teen years. I also pointed out in the other comment that maybe I’m weird. Nice job not even reading what I wrote.

    • By Lauren25 - January 7, 2013

I think Farrah waxing Sophia’s eyebrows is ridiculous and a little disturbing. She’s going to mentally work over that child before she’s even 5 years old. And my son is circumcised. His dad wanted him to be and our whole family was. I do sometimes wish we hadn’t but its not the same as trying to cosmetically enhance a 3 year old. Circumcision is something people do for a number of reasons from hygiene to tradition to faith. It rarely has anything whatsoever to do with aesthetic appearance. Farrah plucking Sophia’s eyebrows has 110% to do with the child’s outward appearance and nothing else. It’s not an accurate comparison.

    • By Nightmaremoon - January 7, 2013

wow cutting your sons penis becouse “he will feel bad about it later” there is no real reason to do it, in my mind it is mutilation plain and simple. Its a western culture thing upper middle class and only in pleoples heads. The other question is why are other poeple making fun of your sons penis? This is all in our head, its in everyones heads just a way for doctors to make money on unnessacey surgery.

    • By Hayzii - January 7, 2013

I had braces and they hurt. My child had braces put on at 9 and that is very typical these days. He is in pain for sometimes a couple of days after a tightening. They add brackets as the adult teeth come in. Now treatment is almost complete and he has a full mouth of perfectly straight adult teeth and won’t have to go to high school with braces. So tell me how my ortho is a moron too, Lisa.

    • By Nightmaremoon - January 7, 2013

I dont think a 9 year old should get braces its just another ways to get more money IMO. But then again unless my baby girl is dieing from some mouth- teeth- thing she will not get them (Fist pump) Fight The Power!

    • By Hayzii - January 7, 2013

Why does the age matter if the outcome is the same? I opted to get his done younger to avoid crowding and cavities caused by crowding of the teeth.

    • By Nightmaremoon - January 7, 2013

maybe it just becouse i dont beleive in braces… but to me bring them in younger when the mouth has not fully deveoped so that maybe they have to come back latter (its always a posibility) plus ratainer will have to be relsized over and over. but again just my thoughts

PS I had braces and did the retainer my teeth are back to being crooked so that is part of my problum

    • By Grace1022 - January 7, 2013

My cousin’s daughter is 8 and had to have a full mouth full of braces because her teeth weren’t lining up together and it was painful to eat. Not always the situation, but it happens. It’s also not always painful and not always going to return to normal. It’s whatever.

As for the unibrow situation. If Sophia came to her and told her that she wanted her eye brow plucked, even at 6 years old, I would do it. If it’s something trivial and she’s being picked on for it and I have the ability to help her, then I will. I’ll explain to her that it can be changed and she doesn’t have to feel bad about it, but there are some things that God gave her that should stay just the way they are (ie- plastic surgery). It would be a big deal if she was older and she asked for it, but with Farrah, the situation is never as it seems and I doubt that a 3 year enjoyed having hot wax put on her face, then scrubbed off, then fell asleep while her mom was plucking her brow. Let’s be honest.

    • By Hayzii - January 7, 2013

I’m sure younger isn’t better for everyone just like with anything. It’s not one size fits all. Thankfully everything went exactly how my ortho said it would so it’s just really about finding a good caring ortho because I know many probably will do anything for the money. It’s also important to always get a second opinion.

    • By Nightmaremoon - January 7, 2013

well thats good and Im really happy that everything went well for you. Grace is the kind of Death-Teeth-mouth thingy i was talking bout for my child and i agree Hayzii one size does not fit all

    • By Lauren25 - January 7, 2013

I don’t really see how anyone can compare a child getting braces at 9 or 10 to a 3 or 4 year old getting their unibrow plucked by their extremely superficial, fake mother. Farrah reminds me of one of those mothers that forces their daughters to be in pageants even though they hate it. When I was in HS, I worked at a hotel, and we had a group in every year with 3-5 year old’s participating in beauty pageants. They had glamor shots made of these kids (they looked 16 in their head shots because of all of the photoshopping…no exaggeration) and they would have them pose in inappropriate sexual ways for photographs. They were nuts. THAT is Farrah.

Putting braces on your kid, ear piercing, circumcision, doesn’t equate to what Farrah is doing and will do to Sophia. It’s a different mindset completely. Farrah is one of the most superficial people I’ve seen, and she is passing that on to Sophia. That is what is concerning. Not that Sophia had to experience minor pain. With everything that young girls go through to fit in with the modern “ideal” of beauty, having a mother like Farrah will make that 100 times worse for Sophia.

    • By Nightmaremoon - January 7, 2013

thank you Lauren I think you said it perfectly, whatever our diffent thoughts may be Farrah is the EXTREAME!

    • By whoa - January 7, 2013

I get so damn tired of people throwing around the circumcision topic as something oh so horrible in comparison to other things. Circumcizing a baby boy who is just a few days old is not going to scar him for life because guess what, he isn’t going to remember it. Sophia is not a few days old, she felt that and has the ability to remember it.
She tried to wax a child’s eyebrows….there is nothing normal about that. People hate on these mom’s on Toddlers and Tiaras for spray tanning their daughters and putting some press on nails on their little fingers, but this seems to be okay? Uhhhh no. I would rather someone give their child a spray tan then have them take some hot wax to their eyebrows.
Farrah is a superficial person, that is obvious after all the plastic surgery. She can be vain all she wants, but as she can probably tell by now it isn’t going to land her a man because she is that horrible of a person on the inside.

    • By anonymous123 - January 7, 2013

As for the whole circumcision argument, whoever started it, it has actually been shown that with specific methods, a newborn does not feel pain from the procedure at all and the crying is from the cold air hitting the area after the cloth is removed. This was explained to me at a Bris (Jewish circumcision ceremony) by a mohel(guy or girl who is trained to do the snipping and read the prayers that go along with it). That’s one of the reasons at a Bris that they give the baby a tiny bit of wine. Traditionally the family member holding the baby in place, dips a small rag in wine and places the rag around their finger, sticking it in the baby’s mouth). Not sure if the mohel also uses a topical anesthetic, but I would imagine so. This mohel compared the cries to that of when you remove a baby from the bath and they cry because they are cold. When the cloth that gets placed around the penis to stop bleeding is removed, cold air hits it and the baby cries.

Now that my lesson is over, on to Farrah. She comes across as a very shallow person and should not be pushing this on to her child. A child of Sophia’s age does not need to have her eyebrows plucked or waxed. And the not feeling it because of sleeping? Come on now! I get mine done by a professional at a salon and it hurts. No way you could sleep through that.

As to the person who says braces don’t hurt, I guess you don’t follow any of these teen moms on twitter because Kail Lowry mentions hers hurting all the time. I guess it’s different for each person though. Maybe yours didn’t hurt you. You were lucky.

    • By Lisa135 - January 7, 2013

about circumcision. I don’t know a single man that didn’t have it done as a baby that didn’t want it done as an adult. Not to mention one that had to have it done because his foreskin closed around his penis. Not to mention the reasons someone else listed above it’s more sanitary, as well as religious reasons. there are other reasons besides looks. It’s not even similar. It’s a choice the parents make that the son either likes or doesn’t like. Oh and anonymous123 I know that it hurts much much more the older a boy/man gets but I don’t think it’s true they feel zero pain without it being numbed. Which is why they numb it.

about braces. It’s stupid to put them on a young child because the baby teeth will fall out. To start the work young could be a good idea but to put a full set of braces on before all of or at least most of the baby teeth have fallen out if outrageous. Mine never hurt. Not when I turned my expander, not when they were first on, not when I got a thicker wire, not when they were tightened. Never. Most of my friends had them to and they just said their mouths felt tight. Only one ever said they hurt and she thought everything hurt cause she was a wimp so i just assumed she was being a wimp again.

and Lauren you said exactly what I’ve been trying to say. The act itself is ridiculous but it’s the mindset that makes it disgusting. I have no doubt that when Farrah realizes that no one wants to see her on tv anymore she’s start trying to get sophia on tv to make her money and support her lifestyle. After all someone has to pay for the rest of hte plastic surgery she wants.

    • By destiny444 - January 7, 2013

we compare circumcision, braces and ear piercing to the eyebrow waxing because cosmetic modification is cosmetic modification. so ya they are all relevant. And i know circumcision wont scar a baby, but do you think Sophia will need counselling because her mom waxed her eyebrows at 3? For those moms who had a baby with cradle cap did u not use home remedies or gentle ways to get the cradle cap off? why not just leave it if thats the way god made your baby lol u obviously wanted to make the cradle cap go away because it doesnt look appealing. just as farah did with a unibrow. It really isnt a big deal. You guys just want something to chirp about on someone who holds no relevance to your life.

    • By Grace1022 - January 7, 2013

If she’s starting unibrow waxing at 3 years old, at what age will she want her child to get braces because of her pacifier mouth? Or boobs because she’s flat chested? Or sit through a 3-4 hour color treatment because she doesn’t like the color of her hair? Or force her to tan because she’s not dark enough? Or wear contacts because she doesn’t like the fact that Sophia has to wear glasses.(hypothetically, of course.) My point is, at what point does she build Sophia up and let her be confident in herself and make those decision for herself instead of being bothered by a 3 year old’s unibrow. And she even asked if it’s Sophia’s “hormones” that were causing it. Really bitch? Yes, those raging 3 year old hormones caused her to grow a unibrow. It couldn’t be the fact that both mom and dad are hairy fuckers. Jesus Christ.

Comparing it to cradle cap? Not even a comparison. Cradle cap has the ability to stunt hair growth and if not taken care of can cause pain to the child when they get their hair brushed. It’s also itchy and can be painful to scratch, because it’s pulling hair and skin. My 4 year old niece had it and I spent HOURS trying to get the knots out of her hair and a brush through it.

    • By Lisa135 - January 7, 2013

Exactly Grace. If it wasn’t Farrah it would be an, oh thats not a great idea but w/e kind of thing. But we all know how farrah is. Poor Sophia will have to be a barbie for her 4 years old at heart mother to play with.

Grace is right again about cradle cap (although I didn’t know it could ahppen to a four year old, wouldn’t that just be eczema?). On top of the fact that removing it doesn’t hurt. Baby oil and a comb. My daughter fell asleep when I combed hers out. She liked it. As well as the fact that it does hurt to leave it. Moron. It’s pretty much super dry skin. Do you like having dry skin?? No, cause it sucks. Does it hurt to put lotion on your dry skin? No.

    • By JustSillyMe - January 8, 2013

I would never wax anything on my daughter at 4…Farrah is a dumb B#%$. To those of you saying that they don’t do braces at a young age, you are so wrong and arguing about stuff you have no idea about. My oldest daughter is 6 and turns 7 next month. They are having her see an orthodontist in march to get braces started before her mouth sets and it becomes HARDER to adjust.

    • By Lisa135 - January 8, 2013

When you have to pay for braces again after the adult teeth come in don’t say no one warned you. You are adjusting teeth that are going to fall out.

    • By Lisa135 - January 8, 2013

hilarious tidbit. According to Teenmomjunkies Farrah posted on sulia about how she wants everyone to love their natural bodies. Unless you have small boobs, or a big nose, or whatever was wrong with her shin. Oh don’t forget unless you’re a toddler with a unibrow. Then that had to be fixed.

    • By Grace1022 - January 8, 2013

The 4 year old had had cradle cap from the time she was a baby until that age. I guess her mom just never thought to go in there with a comb and some baby oil before her child actually started to grow hair and it would probably hurt. It progressively got worse and she stayed the night at my house one night and I realized that I could even brush her hair, because it was a matted mess, without her crying. So I soaked her head in baby oil. Put a developing cap for color on it. Let it sit for a few hours and then went through it with a small comb. It took almost 2 hours. She didn’t cry because I was gentle, but I couldn’t image being 9 (her age now) and still having to deal with that.

    • By Lisa135 - January 8, 2013

she she pretty much didn’t brush her kids hair for 4 years??? Great mom right there. Poor baby. At least it was you that did it in the end and not someone that would just rip through it with a brush.

    • By JustSillyMe - January 8, 2013

Lisa135 my daughter has lost all of her baby teeth except for her molers. WTF are you talking about?

    • By destiny444 - January 8, 2013

we give examples to compare what modification is and now cuz y’all have no life you start acting like your a know it all and start judging people on that. MODFICATION IS MODIFICATION no matter what way u look at it. if it walks like a duck, talks like a duck then its a ………..? come on i know u can fill in the blank. U can be ok with some sort of modifications on kids but not ok with others. once again she will not need therapy becuz her mom waxed her. so leave it be. U guys are so obessessed with judging peoples parenting. People who are absolutley irrelvant to your life. you all must have no life that u let it affect you this much. Sad. becuz if cindy lou down the street did this u wouldnt care less.

    • By Lisa135 - January 8, 2013

JustSillyMe. Odd. Kids that young still normally have a few baby teeth. Guess there is an exception to every rule

Destiny, as a matter of fact you CAN be okay with some modification and not others. By your logic if someone doesn’t approve of braces, circumcision, waxing etc they are a hypocrite if they get a childs hair cut. Or a person taht doesn’t approve of braces for cosmetic reasons is a hypocrite if their childs adult teeth grow in before the baby teeth fall out and they have it fixed. Again though it’s more about the mindset. Farrah looked at her daughters unibrow and said that doesn’t look the way I want it to so I am going to upset my child to change it. If sophia was in school and got teased and said mom I want it gone and she removed it it would be different. It would be about Sophias wants and not Farrahs self esteem issues that are sadly being projected onto her daughter. Sophia will not be emotionally damaged by the physical act of waxing itself but everyone that watches the show and keeps up with the girls knows it won’t stop here.

Why is she so worried about a stupid unibrow! there are more important things to worry about than a unibrow. think about life!!!!

But Lisa135 the thing is Sophia is three and will be four in a month. She will probably be starting preschool soon or kindergarten and that means that Farrah would be sending her daughter to school hoping she didn’t get made fun of for having a unibrow. Although you guys are right that may not be the reason Farrah plucked Sophia’s eyebrows but it could be part of the reason. I would hate to be the girls from teen mom everything they do is criticized by the world.

      Damn, joining this party late.

Farrah did this because she was embarrassed by it. If she wasn’t she would have waited until Sophia could ask for it or right before starting kindergarten.

I’m not buying this whole, “doing it so she doesn’t get made fun of” thing. Had that been true and it wasn’t because Farrah was projecting her own insecurities onto her daughter she would never have announced it to the world. Want a kid to be made fun of? Write about this kind of shit publicly so kids can Google it and make fun of them for it later. I guarantee it’ll happen.

The amateur hour waxing session that lead to freaking out and tweezing Sophia without her being awake is what bothers me – A LOT. This wasn’t a loving mother/daughter day at the spa where Farrah included eyebrow care for the both of them __by professionals__ that used an actual non-painful way to remove hair for a 3 year old while acting like it was just something you did when you pampered yourself. No. This was a painful and hastily done event driven by Farrah’s own vanity and insecurities without a care for how it would affect her daughter as long as it was gone.

But hey! At least Farrah feels like a good mom because of it! Isn’t that the only thing that matters here?

Ugh, that poor little girl. This is only the beginning.

kcheather if it was anyone but Farrah I would think that was possible but this is the queen of insecurity we’re talking about. There is like a 1% chance that this was for anything but selfish reasons. Besides did anyone here even notice it before this?? I didn’t. I mean my daughter has one to and it bugs the heck out of me cause I’m borderline OCD about mine but there is no way in hell I would try to wax it off of her.

Ohmyglob. 1) your name makes me smile 2) 100% agree. i am watching toddlers and tiaras and farrah is worse than a lot of these moms.
