Details of Ebony & Josh’s arrest.
Their charges consisted of:
Endangering the welfare of a minor. – Class A Misdemeanor
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - Class A Misdemeanor
Possession of a controlled substance – Synthetic Marijuana – Class A Misdemeanor
Maintaining a drug premise – Class D Felony
Unauthorized use of other’s property to facilitate a crime. – Class B Felony
This means that their home was being used for other’s to obtain drugs, i.e. dealing drugs. I’m going to go out on a limb and say that the last charge is because the house they live in is not theirs, and belongs to the Air Force Base they live on.
This wasn’t just an accidental happening, they had been investigating the home for some time as it was not done by the MP’s whom it is normally done by, it was done by the local Narcotics Division by the county’s police department. They had a search warrant when they arrived to the home. Which means they had enough evidence/probable cause to have a judge sign off on a warrant to have the police enter the home against the owner’s will.
The police reported that every single room in the house had not only dog, but human feces (poop) on the floors, walls, and even clothing. Due to the conditions, they even found maggots in the home.
Not only did DHS take Jocelyn but Animal Control also took 3 dogs that were living in the home.
This is not only going to screw them legally, but there’s a VERY slim chance that the Air Force is going to allow Joshua to continue to serve, which means unless he gets a job, their only income will be Ebony’s AVON commission. And it’s going to be hard to get a decent job with a dishonorable discharge from the military and multiple felonies on your record.

VERY disappointed!! However, you are assuming a lot here. You don’t know for sure if he will be dischaged from the AF. Also, just because the charges are those, DOES NOT mean that is what will be on record. There are such things as plea deals where they plea to lesser charges. We will just have to wait and see what happens. I wish them luck and hope that little Jocelyn is ok and doing well.
it’s not just that the house was dirty but also endangering a child is to sell or do drugs around that child because the baby can get into it and eat it DUH! stop harping on the house keeping skills…they were selling weed obviously. instead of bad mouthing them and trash talking them I am going to pray for them and their daughter look at their charges they may sit in prison for a few years no one else hurts but the baby can you imagine being taken away from your parents at such a young age too young to understand where they are…she’s probably terrified and wants her parents poor baby. hopefully this will teach Josh and Ebony not to fool around with selling weed.

I have a feeling the human feces is the baby’s diapers. Probably piles of diapers all around. I’m hoping the feces on the walls is from the dogs and caused by the dogs. To me that would mean she isn’t cleaning, obviously. But maybe not as bad as living like animals spreading their own poop on walls and the floor. *shudder*
Oh he will definitely be discharged. ABSOLUTELY! And he deserves to. There is a VERY STRICT no tolerance drug policy with the military. Being “fired” is the least of his problems…he will most likely serve some kind of punishment before he is kicked out and will not be getting ANY of his benefits. He was a loser on the show and continued to be loser afterwards. Good riddance…I don’t want that piece of shit in my military anyways.
Who lives with /literal/ shit on their walls?? I have kids and I know sometimes they get a little “rebelous” but don’t most normal people clean it up?? I can’t imagine the smell, between the defecation and the trash and dirty dishes.. UGH. It turns my stomach.
It’s more likely that it was an OSI led investigation that the local leos were assisting on. OSI has really been cracking down on the use of synthetic marijuana. I’d venture to say he will be discharged, but you never know. Two recent cases here, one is getting kicked out while the other is not.
where is selling drugs coming from? i keep seeing that in comments but none of those charges are for dealing
