Catelynn & Tyler did NOT get evicted.
While there have been many rumors circulating about Catelynn and Tyler getting evicted from their apartment due to default of payments, it seems that may be the exact opposite of what really happened.
While we watched them go apartment hunting, we saw them interact with many landlords who were hardly up to par, including one who had no intentions of fixing a gaping hole in the wall.
Anyways, after the rumors turned into articles, Tyler finally spoke out.
Who knows whether the landlord was bitter and started the rumor, or if someone simply saw them moving out and wanted a little money from the tabloids. But it does look like Catelynn and Tyler were trying to do their best too keep it classy and not bad mouth anyone until they were made out to be the irresponsible ones.
Once again, it looks like Catelynn and Tyler show their maturity.
Catelynn even said that they took him to small claims court and won! <3 It happened over a year ago I guess, so why now make this "news worthy". LAME!
It really amazes me how people lie like that JUST to get money from the tabloids (i.e. like you said.), So what if Catelynn and Tyler are on MTV? That doesn’t mean you can stalk their life!
They did get evicted, the paperwork was even filed in court, it was just not a valid eviction, which is why they won.
Don’t you actually investigate?
Unless you can show me proof they got evicted, i believe they left.
BOTH of them said numerous times that they did not get evicted and they left because of the landlord.
If it was true, they wouldnt be saying this. THeyre a mature couple, theyd own up to it.

search by Tyler’s last name. There was a summons & complaint for non payment of rent filed. It was dismissed. Tyler was also arrested for marijuana in 2009.
I don’t see Tyler’s name on that list. All I saw was Amber and Butch.
